Would like to thank the maintenance team for getting to me so efficiently. Desmond the maintenance man was so helpful and knowledgeable. He is definetly a major player on the old stone team.
There are roaches everywhere. No matter how much you clean or how many traps you put out. Pest control never comes often enough and when they due very little notice is given. If you have pets they won’t come at all , even if the notice was given the day prior. The leasing office is helpful but nothing compares to how bad the pest situation is. Parking is an absolute nightmare and there is VERY limited parking offered by the community. The appliances are outdated and are changed if it breaks or you move out and they do renova... read more
