This place stinks. I’ve lived here for 7 years. They bootleg fixed my AC. My power is gonna be ridic. The apartments are nice but the response to issues is a joke.
My first new apartment. Not going to lie and say everything was perfect but honestly I can tell that the last management left much to be desired. Ms.Jencyn Vasquez made this experience awesome and I can truly tell she is working hard checking in with me etc. while cleaning up other people’s slack. Every issue has been addressed in a timely fashion. Shoutout to the maintenance men from Greystar as well Desmond and the crew are amazing.
All Praises To The Most High! I just picked up the keys yesterday! I am so grateful to call this space HOME! The tour was thorough and convenient. The 1st part was guided; & the 2nd part was a self guided tour. I felt like I was already a resident. KK at the front desk made a stressful process and decision easy. I never felt rushed…although I was rushing her…Sorry KK! She was patient with my repeated questions when I didn’t understand a few things and responded to the emails in a timely fashion!
