The apartments are a little expensive. Especially since the cable is really bad and they never do anything about noisy neighbors. Parking is really scarce. Lots of tenants have 3 and 4 vehicles. Unregistered. And with new buildings going up parking will be even worse. Lastly nothing is ever said about people's pets leaving their mess all over the place.
These Units are very expensive for what you get! If you have any problems, good luck resolving it. The manager will send you to the main office, and they do not practice good business skills. This place will rip you off when its time to move out tho. They will say things need to be replaced that didnt. If you stay 1 extra day, they will charge you for the entire month regardless of circumstances. They do offer some perks but there is more affordable better options!
Great place to live! The staff makes you feel like you belong and maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. Would recommend this to anyone!
This place is GREAT!! The new owners have been really great at letting people know they are different and much more friendly. The office staff, Property Manager and Leasing agent are so friendly and outgoing, its so nice to see people who actually know your name and even my dogs name from all the people they see every day, they actually remember each and every person.
