I think they're wonderful. They've taken such good care of this very unique hybrid of mine; have never overcharged; have never been pushy with overselling...in fact, I had to beg to spend money on things that were unnecessary because work covers my non-vehicle expenses. I got it back a few weeks ago and it's better than when I got it new. I got into a bike accident a couple of weeks ago and my fixes were free of charge. Been thinking of trading my bike in, and I won't...it's as good as new!

Every time I'm in I get great advice. Whether it's on purchasing a bike (I love my Surly Cross Check) or fitting parts to one of my other bikes the whole staff on hand has been super helpful. Recently I've been working with Ryan who has given me great advice on rebuilding an old frame that will become my city commuter. Thanks for all the help!
