I love having a local, well priced shop in the ONE. I've gone here over the years for basic maintenance and always been me with courteous customer service. The reason I'm giving a "fair" rating is because recently I had them replace a rim on a bicycle after it was hit by a car. Everything was good for a while until the tube was punctured due to the tire being too small for the rim. 12 months a year, pretty much daily, kick the crap out of my Surly. Then I break it, limp into your shop, then I pick it up. It’s like Christmas. I think I went a bit long bringing it in this time as it hasn’t been this quiet in a while. - Thanks again.
These guys are great! They worked on my finicky Ross Eurotour with no complaints and did an amazing job! They even stripped the rust off of the chrome! Plus, when I went in a few days later with an issue with my shifter, the replaced it free of charge. Can't recommend this shop and their workshops more highly.
Old Spokes built me a beautiful bike. Quality and customer interface top notch, and I admire the way they give back to the community.
