DO NOT RENT OR EMPLOY HIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTIES. An absolute scam of a company. The absurdity of the hoops we had to jump through, the replies I had to pry out of the agents by threatening a lawyer, the pure lack of communication, piss-poor repairs that took months to happen, blaming conditions of the house on our negligence when we actually put in days and days of work to leave it better than when we moved in. This is by far the WORST REALTY company to rent from or even purchase from. Denise Guillory is not only a liar, she’s a crook.
