I've been going to Old South Optometry for several years now, and every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Eric Chevalier is fantastic, and the team makes picking out new frames genuinely enjoyable. Special shoutout to Kseniia, who is always so helpful and pleasant.

Not impressed. I recently brought in frames I purchased here a few years ago when the arm detached from normal wear and tear. I was quickly told it couldn’t be fixed and the staff also initially assumed I hadn’t bought them there (despite me saying I did) until they checked the tag on them, which felt pretty dismissive. It turns out this is one of the most common and fixable eyeglass repairs, so I’ll be picking up an eyeglass repair kit from the pharmacy instead of spending my insurance coverage on a new pair of glasses here... read more
