I had such a great experience at Old South Optometry today! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the staff at the reception. They made me feel comfortable right from the moment I walked in. I came in because I needed to have the temple/arm of my glasses repaired, and they took care of it very quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service. Everyone worked so hard to give me the best possible pair of glasses given my insanely high prescription. Melissa in particular deserves a special commendation. She put more time and effort into adjusting the frame and getting the best possible lenses than anyone else that I have ever dealt with in my life--and her persistence appears to have paid off: the glasses that I ended up with are pretty amazing, which is that much more impressive given a prescription that was literally off the scale for a... read more
