I haven’t had an eye exam in 5 years, and Dr. Tarnbir Thind was so kind and caring while giving me a full work up! Asked more detailed questions to ensure I was getting the right prescription. Not only her, the whole staff was so friendly and caring from the front desk intake to helping me expect my frames! They were patient and positive and make the whole thing super easy. I was referred here by a friend and I can say that everything exceeded any expectations I had! Highly reccomend this location and the team here.
The best optometrist and all people who work at this optometry started from welcoming reception to the professional stuff who helped me to choose the readers ( especially I appreciate help from Ksenia) and of course very high professionalist Doctor I felt so comfortable there and will recommend this place to my friends and colleagues who are looking to check their eyes or to choose the glasses
Great service and definitely recommend. EVERYONE who works there is so nice and knowledgeable. Eye exam and getting my new glasses took no time at all and prices were good.
The staff were incredibly welcoming. Dr. Thind took her time with my eye exam and was very kind. She explained each test and made sure I felt comfortable. I also appreciated Taylor who did my pre-exam tests. She took her time in explaining each one and made sure I was comfortable. All the office staff were helpful and friendly and made my entire experience great!
I've been seeing Dr. Chevalier for 4 years now and am yet to have a bad experience here. They have cool and interesting frames in stock, and so everyone always compliments my glasses and asks where I got them. Everyone who works here is also super nice, especially Taylor who is a complete superstar!
