What ever you do, please , please be careful when buying windows from Old South, the company owned by Robby Turner. I ordered over $30,000.00 worth of custom made windows from this guy and not only did it take close to 6 months before they were delivered, but they were built to the wrong specifications. I had ordered Low E glass and the glass was not Low E verified by 2 window experts. Robby even sent me a bogus spec sheet saying the windows were Low E, which he randomly pulled off the internet. The custom gate for our home was meticulously designed by Robby after carefully noting our input and the finished product was perfect. Then, the challenging installation between 2 concrete columns was executed to perfection. In addition to the custom gate, his crew removed an our iron stair handrail and powder coated it to a beautiful textured finish. Quality workmanship from start to finish!

You have never been a customer of Old South. However the lady whos job you are describing is not willing to pay for required maintenance. as I told Mrs Davis on the phone, nothing on her house is maintenance free for life Especially in that high humidit, salty air environment of Violet, LA.
Incredible work with a difficult 2nd floor install! Robbie, Christy and Team did an incredible job! Love, love, love my doors at the river house!
