Everything was as expected and ran smoothly. No complaints.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is negligent. Over the year + that I used them I had to call multiple times to see if they had come out. I had to send pictures multiple times of maintenance not being done and when I ultimately decided to move on to another company, it was because they hadn't been out in so long that leaves were starting to pack together and make layer caking on the sidewalk. We are still trying to fix what they left undone by their lack of service.
This company is terrible! I hired them to level the dirt within the lawn, aeration, seeding and fertilizing. My lawn was not level after their visit and the growth was the worst ever since living here for six years. When I contacted them to inquire, they were not interested in returning to resolve. I would definitely not recommended this place!
Old South is simply the Best. They have done great work for us before on a landscape project, so no surprise there. This year it was tree trouble. Their arborist knew exactly what he was doing. He took time to answer all our questions and, after we accepted the estimate, the crew showed up quickly and the work was done.
