No notice was made that you were booting cars. I take my sick wife upstairs for EIGHT MINUTES and come back to a boot. EIGHT MINUTES!!!!!! Disgraceful company and even worse builder. Not only have you dropped the ball on your HOA notification but you enforce them without care to unaware homeowners and tenants. Do not buy or rent in this subdivision. After owning for a year now here are my takeaways. Things look really nice, but are built very cheap. Here are some examples. -Thresholds and corner round around doors have all came unglued or have fallen off. -The baseboards in the main level have become uncolked. Leaving white lines around the whole floor and made edges of flooring visible. -The house wasn't sealed properly, allowing sand to blow into the main level and into the garage. This is a great location and DR Horton team. Sandy and Jeremy assisted with a purchase and were always ready to assist with any questions I had. Very professional team here.
If you’re looking for an unfriendly environment, this the place! The superintendent Jeremy, talks down to you like you are worthless. His customer service to his clients is terrible. He is disrespectful, even over simple questions. The HOA here is a joke, lying about things straight to your face. They say warranties are invalid (after owning the new home for 2 weeks, warranty is good for a year). Very unhappy with things here at Old Sorrel Townhomes, Cedar City.
