Alex was very professional and explained everything to me and we did end up having some major issues with the chimney. He suggested for the price that it would cost to repair it that we should get a wood burning insert that would basically bypass the issues with the stainless steel pipe insert that would go up the chimney. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone with a wood burning fireplace.
We have been using Old Smokey’s for several years. Today we had technician Justin here from Old Smokey’s. He was far more thorough than anyone before and explained services Old Smokey’s offers which we had never known about before. Thanks Justin.

Can’t thank this company enough. They came out to give me an estimate on chimney repairs and made me aware that my water heater wasn’t properly venting into my chimney which was allowing carbon monoxide into my home and caused more damage to my chimney. An issue that the contractor, the city and the building department all overlooked. I highly recommend this company.
I just had a Lopi Liberty wood stove installed by Old Smokeys Fireplace and Chimney. I am very pleased with everything regarding the stove and installation. The crew I had were a really great bunch of guys. . . very professional in the installation, and thorough in their explanation of the workings of the stove to me. I could not be happier.
They are the best, very knowledgeable, they explain everything to you, they actually show you the problem and they dont sell you anything if you dont need it! I have used them twice and would highly recommend! 5 star rating!
I was lost at what to do and where to go, I researched for dryer vent cleaning and old Smokey’s popped up. I’m just down the road and spoke with the sweet gal in the office and she got me set up quick. So today 6/28/2018, I Just had Cliff here at the house cleaning our dryer vent. He was so friendly and really honest!! We are very impressed with his work. He was sure to check everything as I explained what I was experiencing. I’ll be a returning customer Thanks again Cliff!

We call them to come repair our gas fire place then clean both fire places. Well he cleaned the broken one then told us it was not fixable. Then didn't even clean the other. He said we would have to set up a service call for that one. Then we got a letter from them saying they found new logs for the broken fire place. It was over $2000.00. We have always worked with Old Smokeys. They are even the guys that put in one of our fire places.
