This place is a dump! The rent is way to high and the owner is a real jerk! He has no consideration for any of his tenants. He is always threatening to kick people out for no reason at all. And the manager here is a real piece too. The owner emails his tenants very rude and disrespectful things calling them filthy names. He had no regard for anyone's safety or well being. My recommendation would be to stay away from this place far far away from here
