I had a very negative experience with Albeck Properties, LLC. I’m a trans renter and part of the LGBTQ+ community, and I feel like my vulnerability was taken advantage of during this process. The landlord presented himself as “well-liked in the LGBTQ+ community,” saying things like “welcome home, part of the family,” which made me feel safe at first. I had an amazing time renting from Albeck Properties! Al and Tanya are always prompt to respond, understanding, and accommodating. They truly go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The experience has been lovely and I will miss renting from such wonderful people!
rude neibors,very noisey, owner is uptight and protects his best tenants from any wrong doing, to top it off cars get broke into regularly,and thats only if u get lucky to find a parking.then to top that off theirs a alcohol class next door that being said they stay open late an all parking is gone at that point.
Hands down the best property management company in Denver. They truly treat you like family and care for your well being. Renting from them for the past 3 years has been nothing short of amazing. They have a unique skill of creating a community within their buildings, which can be hard to find in Denver. They are prompt, honest and communicative, which is the 3 top skills for a landlord. I have already recommended them to many friends, and will continue to do so!
I had an exceptional experience with both Al and Tanya. Very easy to work with, I had a very unique situation during my lease and they were very understanding. I truly felt like they had my back during the process. I would highly recommend renting from them to anyone close to me. Responsive, and understanding are two things hard to find nowadays and they are both.
