As a landlord he’s great, but just don’t ever work for him.
Alex and his team are the best people I have ever rented with. They make places feel like home and like a community. Well priced, classic buildings. Everything is clean and beautifully maintained, maintenance is very prompt and super professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I had a very negative experience with Albeck Properties, LLC. I’m a trans renter and part of the LGBTQ+ community, and I feel like my vulnerability was taken advantage of during this process. The landlord presented himself as “well-liked in the LGBTQ+ community,” saying things like “welcome home, part of the family,” which made me feel safe at first. I had an amazing time renting from Albeck Properties! Al and Tanya are always prompt to respond, understanding, and accommodating. They truly go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The experience has been lovely and I will miss renting from such wonderful people!
rude neibors,very noisey, owner is uptight and protects his best tenants from any wrong doing, to top it off cars get broke into regularly,and thats only if u get lucky to find a parking.then to top that off theirs a alcohol class next door that being said they stay open late an all parking is gone at that point.
