Where do I start…my favorite landlord/friend of all times with my favorite office manager/friend of all times. They are responsive and listen, really listen. They match tenants to their properties to ensure everyone gets along. They welcome pets and don’t charge a pet deposit or pet rent. The maintenance guys are great as well. If I move, I will stay with Al and Tanya. You should too. You won’t regret renting from Albeck Properties.
My wife and I rented from Al for 6 years and still would be if we didn't buy a house. We lived in 2 Albeck apartments in that time and had great experiences at both. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly and professionally, mostly by Alfredo, who is awesome! Communication was always clear and timely, and we felt like we could call Al or the office at any time. My partner and I have lived with Albeck Properties for going on two years now. Our building is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Al and Tanya are responsive to any requests and we have never had any issues! I recommend them to anyone I come across who mentions they are looking for an apartment. In a time of corporate landlords Al and Tanya are the exception and I cannot recommend them enough :)
Lived here for 6 years, great place to live! Maintenance is responsive, and Al is a very understanding landlord.
