I've lived with Albeck Properties for 2 years and I would have loved to continue with them if they had properties in my new area. Al and Tanya were warm, welcoming, and supportive from day one. They are highly responsive and quick to correct any problems that arise. I have loved renting from people who are compassionate, understand that your rented space is your home, and value open communication. I feel very lucky to have stumbled across their listing two years ago.
If you want an amazing owner that takes care of you, go with him. He is a genuine person. He has always treated me well. And listened if I had concerns. He is solution orientated. And takes care of maintenance issues within a day. Go with him. He is fair and honest.
Some of the truly nicest, most honest, and genuinely welcoming people my fiancee and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They treat you like you're part of a big wholesome family and just want to get to know you! With all the big corporations out there that don't give a crap about you, Albeck Properties legitimately care. Move in process was silky smooth and they're so charismatic and sweet. 6/5 stars!
My wife and I have lived under the Albeck Properties banner for going on 6 years now. I've dealt with every kind of landlord and property manager under the sun and none have been as kind, understanding and personable as Al and Tonya. If you have problems they are quick to fix them. I have never felt so comfortable renting from a company where it felt like they wanted me to truly feel at home. Although we didn’t always see eye to eye, I would rent from Albeck Properties again if given the opportunity. They were objectively quick on repairs and fulfilled all of the requirements that you would want in a landlord. Tonya is a great asset to this team, as she and Al are a complimentary balance to each other. Thank you to the Albeck team for all of your hard work.
