This is a family-owned business, which I liked when I was pursuing a new ‘pest person’ for our remote cabin. John clearly treats his customers the way he would like to be treated; he is respectful, trustworthy, knowledgeable about his profession and informative. Communication is phenomenal: I get a confirmation text about the date of treatment and immediate follow-up when the job is done!
John was friendly, nice, and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable about our issue. He was prompt to keep us informed about every step in the process.
