Beware!!! I purchased a very expensive BMX freewheel online. The freewheel was described as new, however when the product arrived it had cosmetic marks, dents and scratches on the inner casing. It clearly looked like it was a second-hand product that had been rebuilt with some new parts. I contacted the store three times and they refused to reply. My intention was to try the freewheel on one of my bikes and if I was happy I would have bought another one for my other bike. I've now lost the confidence to buy again. It's disap... read more
I wanted to order a pack of 72 spokes and nipples, costing $32. I needed postage to qld. They want to charge $24 for a small light package.....wtf???? Ill be shopping at BMX Works, where postage is $9.90
ordered a tire in october 2024 it is now the 16th of january 2025 and havnt heard anything
Be wary of preorders, they don't always fufill. Little sympathy or follow up if something goes wrong either. I don't think I'll shop here again.
