Ordered a set of tektro brakes from the website , brakes are advertised as a pair “. Front & Rear “ however I only received one set , called to question and was told by Katie they can be “for front or rear “ which the description doesn’t say . The description reads “front & rear “ these brakes are sold as sets as anyone who cycles knows . Needless to say old school wouldn’t send me the set I paid for . Beware!!! I purchased a very expensive BMX freewheel online. The freewheel was described as new, however when the product arrived it had cosmetic marks, dents and scratches on the inner casing. It clearly looked like it was a second-hand product that had been rebuilt with some new parts. I contacted the store three times and they refused to reply. My intention was to try the freewheel on one of my bikes and if I was happy I would have bought another one for my other bike. I've now lost the confidence to buy again. It's disap... read more
