Its a shame that you allow Fredi Castro Landscaping to ILLEGALLY park in the handicapped spaces. I called and spoke to Judy who told me that they would not be moving until the landscaping job was complete. I would expect the towns Chamber of Commerce to uphold the law and not break it! Old Saybrook Police asked them to move and only ONE of the two trucks occupying the TWO handicap spots moved. Absolutely unacceptable!!! *Photo proof in comments
