No silverware when delivering food! Really poor service when I called . How am I supposed to eat rice 🍚 & beans and a chimichanga without silverware 🍴
Poor customer service. We tried to order food online. They don't allow substitutions online so I thought i could just call and ask them to make the cheeseburger plain. The first time I called she pretended we were calling door dash accidently. The second time she said you just called, call door dash. I got confused and the third time I called I asked if it was old sante mexican grille atleast 10 times til she said yes. Then she said you just called.
