I have never asked for a refund for food before, but this was too far beyond acceptable. The carnitas were overcooked so terribly that I literally could not stab a fork into it. Taquitos also so overcooked that the beef inside literally fell apart like powder when bit into. This is by far the worst Mexican restaurant I've ever experienced in terms of quality or taste. Save your money and eat somewhere else, or at least save your self the time and just eat the leather off your shoe.

THE WORST customer service you will ever receive. I honestly don’t understand why anyone continues to give this place their business. I placed an order directly through their website for two chicken quesadillas. I received a confirmation number and drove to the restaurant to pick it up. My fianc� went inside, gave them the information for our order, and the woman behind the counter refused to give her the food. She called me and asked me to come inside with my phone. The service was excellent, I had chips and salsa in 2 minutes a beer 2 minutes later and excellent authentic NexMex 3 minutes later.
