Specialties We focus on the great products we serve to you. We buy only whole beef, from Hawley Ranch, and whole hogs, from Payne Family Farms. We break them down in house, dry-age our beef, and make it all into the huge array of products we serve. We bake all of our own breads, in house, from grain grown and milled here in Oregon. We buy our vegetables from the farmers who grow them.
