Townhomes at this price and you still hear your neighbors on both sides is definitely concerning not to mention no smart home amenities. These prices are highly inflated. I definitely feel scammed and hustled. Neighbors have already threatened each other and police get calls to this neighborhood at least 4 times a month and they are only half way finished. Everyone experience wasn’t pleasant moving in this subdivision. If only the builder was upfront about the many issues I’d face
Very bad and faulty property that we purchased brand new. We currently have a security issue for the recent multiple back to back home intrusions and they are treating it like we have an appliance issue. The problem stems from poor window security construction but the reply we received was someone may contact you in five business days!
I put in an app order, then went to store. App said it was ready, so I go up to counter, no walk in customer's there. It sat on counter for 5 minutes, while I stood there, workers ignoring me and my son, who also placed an order. Finally got it, took breakfast burritos to our work truck. We ordered same thing, mine was at least 2 inches smaller and looked like a child's size burrito. I've never been to a Chikfila that served such a small one. I do not recommend this location at all.
