I just want to say thank you so much to the woman who works at the service desk I think her name is Julie super sweet. Also a big thank you to Chuck the general manager very professional,informative & helpful. Being a woman owner operator can be very frustrating dealing with mechanics because I just feel they are always trying to get over…but over at Old River I felt really comfortable & confident thanks to these individuals….also a big thanks to Jason the service manager….I will be back soon to get some preventative mainten... read more
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience. The truck was kept for approximately two weeks, and throughout the process, I was given several promises regarding when the repairs would be completed. In the end, the repair was only partially completed. Some parts were replaced, while others were left unchanged. For example, the EGR still had the old clamps, even though they should have been replaced with new ones.
