This was my first time buying a house, and I was quite nervous before going to pay the deposit. To my surprise, the experience was very pleasant! The entire process took just 5 minutes, and the lady who assisted me was extremely elegant and friendly. In the end, she even gave me a free parking voucher.👍

These people are crooks and liars. I called them to set up plumbing and was told there would be no additional charges. The plumber came out. Told me there would be additional charges. Drove off while I was on the phone. For the electrical, I never received a call. Never get a home warranty through them.
We recently closed a transaction thru ORT escrow. The experience was no where compared to other title escrow services we used. It was impersonal and the closer created unresolved item for me to follow. i am still trying to find out who is in charge of the escrow services for the region and make a formal complaint.
