Whoever answers the phone to confirm wire instructions is soooo rude and nasty!! Do you want to get paid or not? I understand it’s New Jersey but speaking over someone and raising your voice within 60 seconds of answering the phone is insane. Please look into company wide therapy and anger management.

I contacted this old republic, title company location because their branch in California wanted me to sign some documentation and when I originally called, I was told by the representative at this location in New Jersey that they do/handle these type of signings but when I called back two hours later. I’m told we don’t do that. Avoid at all costs. Employees I’ve interacted with are rude and unresponsive. I’ve reached out two months ago requesting if they can assist with a title transfer, as this company was used over 10 years ago the first time around. I tried following up for over two months. No one answered the phone or email. I only received this response only after getting ahold of head office who had to escalate to the supervisor.
