Great escrow team here. Teri and Jessica were extremely helpful in serving my client's needs. They communicated well throughout which was very helpful. Great work ethic was shown in terms of the extensive and thorough amount of work they did on a pretty complicated file. Strong recommendation and will be back soon!
It is really bad experience to work with them. They don't respect their customers, didn't read the email carefully enough, didn't answer all of my questions. I left the feedback to the supervisor but no response and nothing changed. If you have to work with ORTC, hope you can find the other branch, not here.
