Teri Leslie & Jessica Santos are the best escrow officers I have worked with. Experienced, quick communication. I have done multiple real estate transaction with them and continue to do so. Ive worked with many escrow officers but Teri & Jessica are phenomenal.

It is really bad experience to work with them. They don't respect their customers, didn't read the email carefully enough, didn't answer all of my questions. I left the feedback to the supervisor but no response and nothing changed. If you have to work with ORTC, hope you can find the other branch, not here.
