Very disappointed with the closer. Her actions made me believe they have unscrupulous practices. I closed and was due a certain amount when I picked up the check it was the wrong amount. I questioned the amount the receptionist said it was correct with no supporting documents.She called the closer. She said it was for my allstate insurance. My insurance was paid. Hmmmm.
Do not use this company warning!!!!!! When they need something you give it to them but when we need something from them they won't pick up the phone they talk to you down like you're doing them a favor but the day of closing they wanted to know if you wanted coffee candy was it too hot was it too cold but the minute you need something from them they talk down to you no problem I would go to a different title company 1000%
