The absolute worst experience ever. After signing documents, the notary told me that the escrow office would send me copies of everything. Received nothing for over 3 weeks despite several emails to both the agent and them. I cannot believe that one has to chase them down for legal documents that a seller has the right to have. Absolute worst experience.. I will refuse to use this company again.
