Old Republic Title in El Dorado Hills recently assisted me in the sale of my house in Carmichael. Millie was my Escrow Officer. I found her and her staff to be friendly, accessible, professional, and very good at keeping me informed throughout the process. I have also had the benefit of Old Republic Title's services in previous real estate deals, and have always found them to be thorough and skilled at facilitating my transactions. I highly recommend Old Republic Title!

Not a great experience. This office was chosen by the sellers of a house we were purchasing, and I wish they'd chosen somewhere else. Granted we were closing around the holidays, but our title officer had taken on far too many closings that she could reasonably handle at once with holiday closures thrown in between, and I wish she'd passed us off to someone else or declined the business. This title company did not feel the need to make sure their client was taken care of. My original documents got lost because they "didn't feel the need" to send them via signature confirmation. Just a few dollars more. What else are they cutting corners on? Needless to say, there is no way to get the originals back and now I am left hanging without assistance. The manager called just to say they met their obligation and there is nothing more they will do.
