Ive worked with Old republic for years, they are my preferred escrow company. They are thorough, professional and knowledgable. They are the only escrow office I truly trust.
Title company failed to get payoff details on time , then weren’t truthful. They told us they had requested 2 plus weeks. I kept asking & Asking , they said nothing yet. We called the mortgage company who told us no request from title from 3 weeks back , but rather this morning. So they requested the day we were pressing why is was taking so Long.
