overall experience on home warranty was very good they issued the maximum amount on our appliance according to our warranty. The only thing I think 20 days is a little bit too long to wait for your money. Had two claims with these people legitimate ones and they canceled me after the second one. If you're gonna do that to customers who have claims why be in business?

They made a very difficult bond easy to write. Real professionals.
I can call all day and no one ever answers. Doesn’t matter what department . No phone call back for days . Would not recommend .
