As a Contractor, I will tell you this service is a joke. It's been a rip-off from its inception. You can get prompt and better service contacting a Contractor directly. Good luck dealing with these thieves.

The service and repair time was fast professional and eccellent. Dealing with Old Republic on the phone was not good. On hold forever and they dropped the call on me, on hold again forever more and then answered by a plesent operator. The second person, I was transferred to, after another 8 more minutes on hold, she was not plesent, sharp and inpatient with me. All I was trying to do was return a $100 dollar check that was mistakenly sent to me. The attitude changed after that. I sent the check back.

This is the worst home company ever! I took 5 days off from 5 different contractors because their contractors didn’t want to pay for the replace because of a set limit they were able to cover in order to keep getting referrals. I confirmed this with 3 of their 4 contractors. I had to get an out side company to inspect and then three still sent Their 5th contractor who agreed with mine. Then they didn’t want to pay the cost and only wanted to use their contractor. When they used their contractor I was out $1385 out of pocket ... read more
