Recently bought a house, WITH a new roof. 1 month after living in it noticed and alarming amount of water coming through the outside of the chimney/inside the house. Looked at receipts and permits and saw good Old Reliable Roofing did the roof. Took Paul 3 weeks to come out and look at chimney. He sealed some things up and as I recall his comments were “who ever did this did it wrong”… Old Reliable… so then I started to pay attention to the 3 month old roof, and noticed quite a bit of other visual issues. The original work was ok, but damage was done to interior from skylight replacement and 3 years later still waiting to get some fixed. Also blinds on skylight literally didn't provide any darkening and trying to get a resolution hasn't happened. Would not recommend. Roof has leaked two different times and each time after repairs, I had to have ceiling painted.
We had a wonderful experience with Paul, who was recommended by our realtor! I called 4 roofing companies on Thursday, Paul was the only one that answered and came out to our house 20 minutes later! He gave us an affordable quote that we accepted, and said they could come back the next day to get the job done. They did have to push the repair back by one day due to high winds which was totally understandable, and were at our home by 9AM on Saturday morning.
