They refused to provide an emergency appointment for my dog even though he has been a customer for several years - at a thousand dollars plus. The reason? He is considered aggressive - which is correct - he doesn't like other dogs - but does fine with a muzzle - so they cannot accommodate him in an emergency as they are fully booked with appointments.
