I don't know why some of you on here are giving a bad review or not a five-star or complaining about something? But I'm sure things happen but I'm taking both my dogs and the vet is fantastic The girls up front get tired but other than that even the vet's assistants are fantastic She was not outrageous for the first time I took my little dog brownie I give him a 10-star seriously not to act fake I really really really love these people she's a fantastic veterinarian thank you Old Pueblo veterinarian
They refused to provide an emergency appointment for my dog even though he has been a customer for several years - at a thousand dollars plus. The reason? He is considered aggressive - which is correct - he doesn't like other dogs - but does fine with a muzzle - so they cannot accommodate him in an emergency as they are fully booked with appointments. (They require emergencies to come in from 8 to 9 am and then be caged until the vet has time - and they won't cage an aggressive dog. However, if I was a sick dog I really... read more
RecommendedI have been going to Old Pueblo for over 20 years, through several cats and dogs. I even still go now that they are almost a 45 minute drive away because they have always been extremely helpful, kind and courteous. I recommend this place to all my friends.
Never taking my dogs here again, the receptionists are EXTREMELY RUDE. I had to call three times they hung up on me twice and when I finally could talk to them they didn’t even care that I wanted to make an appointment for my dog. Then when I told them why I needed an appointment they told me to go somewhere else because they won’t have a vet for the whole week. Took my beloved dog in for nail trim. They brought him out to me with bloodied paws with no explanation or apology!🧐😷
I would reccomend this Clinic. The office staff are very friendly. The Clinic is Honest, affordable and always has taken good care of my cat, Kasper! They have even been able to squeeze me in for an appointment quickly when needed. They always make sure to follow up the next day to assure everything is going well with your animal! Try this place and you wont be disappointed.
staff was very efficient, pleasant, great with our non-sociable pet. doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything patiently. Awesome park and wait service. our dog came out calm and relaxed
