The people are unprofessional, I was told my floors were going to be done before I moved in A MONTH LATER ON MOVE IN DAY the floors were still not done, we've been living here 3 months now and are my floors done? No. I was told they were ordering new stuff to have them done, they've never showed. Then, the paint along the rims is still there and someone thought it was smart to pour straight paint stripper on the floor. Ruined a section of our floor.
