I do not recommend this facility for anyone who cares about their family. I honestly know nothing about the Facility itself but the social services coordinator does not even believe that Covid is a real thing and clearly is not being cautious in her private life. Can you imagine how many exposures she could be bringing in to your high risk loved ones? Very sad.

STOLE MY GRANDMOTHERS WEDDING RING!!!! how could you?!? My mother brought her many things and when she died you gave them ALLLLL BACK! Unopened food and drinks! Brand new Underwear! Did she wear none?! And you gave my mom a TV that we never gave! Giving us items that are not even ours!! I am sick to my stomach knowing my grandmother passed away in a horrid place like this! Would you treat your loved ones this way?! I can’t even imagine what she went through 😭.

Answer your phone! My Dad is in Med-Bridge with Corona and I can't ever get through to find out how he is.
Recommendedstaff are very caring and really know their patients
Would not recommend to anyone for their loved one. Under-staffed, horrible food for the residents, and negligence. Things often go un-reported and un-noticed by staff in regards to the residents health. Certain staff members are lazy, and get away with being that way. If I could give this nursing home 0 stars, I would.
