RecommendedI've been here around 8 months, I really like the management. They are super helpful and are always around when I need them. The apartments are ok, ours is a half renovated one, so the carpet is "new"? although my really good vacuum has sucked up some hella filth every time I clean even when we first moved in. I'm a clean freak so, I am always cleaning the apartment. I hate the hard water too, I wish I could have a water softener installed at my own expense. We are happy here it is quiet even tho there are kids around. We have lived here almost 2 years and will renew our lease when it comes due. Friendly office staff, if we need something fixes maintenance is there. We would recommend living here.
