I was about to purchase the condo in this community, thanks G-d I didn’t. Not only the dirty and not well maintained property , we saw rats and full smelly trash , as well as drug dealing activities in building H. Stay away!

Had some concerns about maintenance of the complex. But I met with the on site manager Juan Sandoval and he did a walk thru with me and explained the repairs being made and the plan for the community. He was very helpful.
