Attempting to buy a condo in this complex was the most unnecessarily difficult escrow experiences I’ve had. Only after getting well into the process did it become clear the unit was non-warrantable, something that apparently wasn’t important enough to mention upfront and ultimately caused my original lender, Chase Bank, to decline the loan.
