DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Elevators never work properly, the fitness center is a joke and management would rather handle noise complaints than fix any of the actual building issues! Water is always going out while you shower and there are loud noises coming from the pipes in the wall which can only be fixed by replacing the pipes which they have not done for YEARS! If I could，I would give 0 for this place. Staff here treat costumers like garbage, and leasing agents never solve any problem for you. When you trying to call them, they even refuse to pick up the phone and pretending there's nobody there… well, if there's nobody in the office to pickup the phone at work time(3:30pm), I don't understand why. My worse living experience. The apartment condition is terrible. the old oak office treat people unrespectful. Me and most of my friend got badly treatment. The price increase every year unreasonable. If you are looking for an apartment, just anyone but no this.
