Today was my first time doing business with them, and it was an absolute pleasure. I sold some unused silver to them and it couldn’t have been easier. Their fee was reasonable and on par with other retailers, and the staff was beyond accommodating. I also like that they’re locally owned. I look forward to doing business with them again.
Wow, where to begin. I can't remember a time I have been somewhere this shady. Reminds me of the slimy 70s mechanics. If you don't know what you're doing or what you have, don't expect and honest answer. Luckily, the younger lady, didn5 undrtstand what was said to her and was kind enough to show me how slimy this place is, and I say place because it was both her and the jeweler/gemologist. I was extremely pleased with the service received. They did an excellent job with repair of my watch. They did exact what they said they would do. All interactions with staff were professional and pleasant. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
