Complete runaround. You would think if you spent thousands on a watch at a Swiss manufacturer preferred dealer, you would receive at least adequate service. Unfortunately the mfg forces you to go to the local dealer, otherwise I would have purchased online. That is not the case here. We purchased a breiing watch and extra band at the tampa facility, and at first I should have seen red flags. After choosing the watch, I called to make a purchase but never got a call back.
