We called the Old North End Vet Clinic when the time came to say goodbye to our 18 year old kitty. The euthanasia itself was very peaceful and our kitty was calm in her own home and surrounded by those who loved her. It made a very difficult time that much easier. We especially appreciate the heartfelt sympathy card sent. Thank you Dr. McMillan and staff.

Dr. Susan McMillan is a wonderful vet. I see the way my dogs trust her, feel happy and safe with her. I respect her so much. She totally responds to the dog's needs, as if they talk with her. She examines them thoroughly, listening, using her hands to find and soothe any sore spots. Her advice is insightful, and practical. Love Dr. McMillan! She helped me greatly when I had to make the decision to let my 17-yr-old lab cross the rainbow bridge, and it was the most peaceful process I could have asked for. She also gave my other dog one of the most thorough physical exams I have seen in awhile. She genuinely cares about the animals and the community. What a great veterinarian and all-around wonderful human being.

My dog Shae loves loves loves her dog-tors at the ONE vet! They're fantastic with her and very knowledgeable, and have been fantastic in helping us with her chronic coughing.
Got my cat Kirby in 2011 and they were the closest Vet to our apartment at the time. Best decision I could've made. They clearly care deeply about what they do, are informative, and immensely friendly. If you can cope with their occasionally tricky hours you'll be a fan. Can't say enough glowing things about their clinic. 6 years later Kirbs (now an old lady) had fewer years in front of her then behind her - but I know these fine folks will help me through whatever needs we have ahead, without hesitation.
I recently used the Vet To Pet services for my cat Willow who was suffering from cancer and kidney disease. I wanted an at home euthanasia, and these people were wonderful. They were so accommodating, and kind. Dr. Susan McMillan is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend their services.
