the help of the sales associates was phenomenal! Everyone greeted me and asked if I need help. I had my 2 toddler terrors with me and they were polite to them and me. They helped me find a Daniel tiger shirt I came in looking for and made my shopping experience great.
I hate the way their lines are formed & their little broke down sign that says "line starts here" which I would be the only one who reads and follows signs anyways b4 4 ppl cut me I decided I wasn't going to get $100 worth of merchandise after all & good thing I didn't Marshalls had better prices....Oh well I won't shop Ford City Old Navy anymore!!!!
