I'm actually standing in a line of about 20 people with one persons ringing people out. She says she is the only one working. At 1:20pm, this is nonsense. People are leaving the store. If I didn't uniform pants, I would leave too.
Shopped here twice. Both visits ended with long wait times at checkout. Only 2 lanes open out of 5. Staff very rude and unwilling to help. A few customers threatened to walk out. Management could care less. I do not expect superior customer service at Old Navy, but this total disregard is sickening. Will not return.
I was followed around by security & employee's.... my friend & I was shopping. I will never go back. My friend has a credit card. The clothes are cute but NOT that cute. I let management know what happened. My friend is calling the corporate office.
