Friend customer service and very helpful
The check out line is wrapped around the store, the merchandise is a complete disaster, no employees on the floor or in the dressing room and there are only two employees at the check out. This store is always a disaster. I would shop here more often, but it is always such an unpleasant experience, at least in the last year or two.

I’ve never had a receipt pushed into my face and been told to point out the item code I was returning on a long receipt because I was charged incorrectly the first time (an even swap.. just wanted a different size on one item..Tags still on, receipt present AND charged on Gap card). Dwight made shopping a real pleasure (sarcasm)..no wonder the staff seems so miserable and the lines were to the back of the store. Get it together Old Navy. @oldnavy

Always a mess-- miscellaneous items are extremely out of place in other sections of the store, and the items within the sections are a mess, making it difficult to find the item you want.
