I have to admit, the lines here are always out of control, but the staff do the best they can given the traffic. Today one of the staff stopped and helped me go through all of the men's jeans to help me find my husband's size. It was no small task and they were very busy. The cashier was fast and friendly. Even though the lines were long, they moved quickly. They always have a better selection than the next closest Old Navy.

I have to say, my family and I have been Old Navy shoppers for years. I would say over half our wardrobe comes from your store. That is about to change. Over the past year I have had numerous problem with clothing shrinking and seams ripping apart. I went in last week with 3 pieces of defective clothing. One Shirt that had shrunk, a sweater that the sleeve had literally come apart and a pair if jeans that had been worn once and was coming apart at the pocket.
