RecommendedNice place to shop good deals
Made a shopping list online for things I wanted to look at in the store. Chose my items and at the register my total was $25 MORE THAN ONLINE. Ridiculous. Salesperson could care less. Will never step foot in Old Navy again. There are a dozen places I can shop in, no reason to go there.
I came to exchange 4 items of clothing I received as a gift for my son. I wanted to exchange the items for the exact same items just a bigger size. I did not have a receipt because the items were a gift. At first I was told that I could not return the items without a receipt, gift or not.
