The staff (especially the cashiers) at this location are incredibly rude! One of the cashiers was literally yelling at me for standing at a wrong spot while waiting in line. When I tried to tell the other cashier about my bad experience, she replied sarcastically "sorry that waiting in line can be confusing!" Never want to come back to this horrible place again!

Talking about Friendly & Very professional, this store is the best from the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was smiling faces, positive attitudes, helpful staff, very courteous & clean. All the staff seemed like they LOVED their jobs and actually wanted to be there even on a big sale day because it was $1 flip flop day. This store on Peachtree Parkway in Norcross, Georgia was the BEST store not just best Old Navy but BEST store I have EVER been to. Highly recommended this store to visit.
