Crappy customer service. Staff did nothing to assist in looking for specific items. Very rude. When I did ask for assistance, I was met with dirty looks and a tone of resentment. Don't waste your time here. Camp Creek sucks (especially is you're Hispanic or Caucasian....) when checking out, I was given an eye-roll and a scoff. I gave it a third chance, I'll NEVER come here (Camp Creek Old Navy) again.
Old Navy has the worst exchange policy. If you don't have your receipt, you can't even exchange an unworn item with tags still attached. If you get a gift make sure the giver gives you a receipt in case it doesn't fit. The cashier told me that she didn't know if I bought it with them even though she could see the tag and the replica I was trying to trade. The manager also had a horrible attitude when she came out to tell me they wouldn't exchange for me.
I love it here catch almost every sale they have....
I am so VERY disapointed in the lack of customer service that I received today!! I was there with my 2 children and was in the store browsing for 30 min and NOT ONE PERSON spoke to me!!! The cashier was friendly, but passing the same people 3 times and no one acknowleding me made me really upset. The one at Atlantic Station is so much better! They are friendly and very helpful. I will NOT ever be shopping in the one here again...
