Its the Eve of Thanksgiving and guess how many registers are open? .... 3 only 3 registers and a manager who is on an off the register. After I complained the mobile cashier appeared. I'm no retail manager BUT common sense tell me that on a day leading up to pme of the biggest sale days of the year you should have every available register open. I went in when they opened this morning. The store was a complete mess. Clothes thrown all over everywhere. The condition of the store was extremely disappointing.
In the store now, long lines two registers open called while standing in line to complain. They did open another register.
It was good they still had flip flops at 12:00 noon. But they didn't have any kids flip flops left.
First off I love Old Navy the store. I find loys of good deals. Now I'm from California and I'm here visiting GA. Was excited to see an old navy here at Camp Creek. No one greeted us, while we were browsing we couldn't find not one sales associate to help us. Asked the cashier if she could find someone to help us or even asking her about prices, we were met with attitude as if we were bothering her. Plus no one knows about sales and prices. When I come back to Georgia I hope to find a better Old Navy, from now on I'll stick ... read more
