I was at the Crossroads Mall Old Navy today. I walked in at 5:15 pm and was asked if I was going to shop for a long time because the store was closing at 6 pm. Then, 5 other associates told me the store would be closing at 6 pm, trying to get me to leave the store. WTF?! Don't you want business? People were so rude at this store!!!
Eight people in line on the Monday before Christmas and the third cashier walks away from the register leaving two cashiers!!!!
