I love Old Navy...have shopped there for years. But the past year or so the Brockton store has gone seriously downhill....I usually order online but whenever I go in the adore to exchange something into always disgusting. Clothes are never folded or organized they're just shoved on shelves. They never have what I'm trying to exchange. Need some serious improvements for me to continue to shop here....
