Place is a disaster! Everything is on the floor or not in the correct place. They need to hire people to come in there at night after the store closes and organize everything.
I was there with my family this morning. The store is a mess. Only 1 or 2 cashiers even with a long line, they were out of bags except mini size, the boys section was such a mess I had to hunt through just to find things. I probably would have spent much more money had I actually been able to find the items I was looking for. When I asked why it was such a mess one of the employees just made a face. She didn't try to clean anything up or offer me any help in finding what I was looking for. Definitely not 1 of old navy's best... read more
Stay away. Crazy long Line. Only 2 clerks checking out. When asked for more they said that’s all they have.
They don't honor their own promotions. Returning everything we bought.
