Just been in to this store and the store cashier did not give me my 30% off!!! I had to ask for it.... Rip off !! customer service was shocking would not go back
Lines always take too long even when no one hardly in them
Why is this store ALWAYS a mess?!! I don't want to dig through piles of unfolded clothes to find my size or my child's size.... Furthermore your cashiers could be a bit more friendly. I love old navy but hate shopping here!! Sad really, guess I'll go spend my $$ in JC PENNEY, they always have clean shelves...
